Luditrum? Ludicrum is redefining iGaming and seeking a detail-oriented Payment Operator to join the Payments team. This remote role involves handling daily payments, resolving issues, and supporting the team in delivering reliable processing services.

You'll work a rotating CET-based shift schedule in a 24/7 operation, with evening, overnight, and early-morning local times. Flexible remote work, career growth, and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify transaction details and maintain payment records across systems.
• Handle refunds, payment adjustments, and transaction discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve payment-related issues with the team.
• Support Shift Leaders and Managers with daily tasks.
• Share knowledge and guide junior Payment Operators.
• Stay up to date with payment procedures and systems.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and performance.
