Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Identity Enterprise Customer Success Manager to build key relationships with security leaders and Dev‑Ops teams, ensuring IDIRA products deliver recurring value on‑premises or in the cloud.

You will collaborate with the IDIRA Account Team to drive adoption, establish goals, review dashboards, monitor health metrics, and pursue renewals and upsell opportunities, while acting as the voice of the customer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or post-sales roles.
• Strong consulting and project management, trusted advisor.
• Experience with cybersecurity/SaaS and enterprise software preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premise IT.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers.
• Build success plans and help customers achieve objectives.
• Design value roadmaps for each customer in your portfolio.
• Establish regular cadence calls (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
• Conduct Quarterly business reviews to ensure successful outcomes.
