Palo Alto Networks - Idira is seeking a highly motivated Inside Domain Consultant to support commercial customers. You will combine technical expertise with sales skills to drive the technical win during the sales cycle and act as the key technical advisor for our solutions on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years software presales or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship building.
• Security concepts and IAM/SIEM familiarity beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support and develop new sales opportunities.
• Present the value proposition to customers and partners effectively.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical and functional detail.
• Lead and conduct customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Document client feature requests and issues in CRM.
• Support seminars and industry trade shows with Palo Alto Networks - Idira.
• Translate customer requirements to Product Management and team.
• Develop deep technical knowledge and mentor other SEs when appropriate.
• Create training content for the SE organization as needed.
