Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to set direction for enterprise identity and drive AI-enabled identity across workforce, customer, and non-human identities. You will own architecture, strategy, and operational maturity while mentoring engineers and reducing the identity attack surface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information security, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus.
• Deep experience with IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Experience leading identity threat detection and complex access investigations.
• Knowledge of MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust; ability to translate to controls.
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for containerized services.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate strategy to peers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturity.
• Implement and optimize PAM, JIT elevation, and session monitoring.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR for detection.
• Collaborate with GRC on identity controls and audits; mentor engineers.
