Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy and operational maturity for workforce, customer, and machine identities. You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security and mentor engineers while shaping the direction of the organization’s identity controls and threat response.

The role emphasizes Zero Trust, IAM architecture, PKI and automation across multi-cloud environments, with a strong focus on security governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering; Master's with 6+ years accepted.
• Hands-on experience with IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt) and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Expert knowledge of authentication/federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement.
• Familiarity with MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust; able to translate into controls.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for containerized services and API provisioning.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and communicate strategy clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture for workforce, machine, and workload identity across cloud environments.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities within a Zero Trust framework.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Define SSO/federation standards (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, Kerberos, LDAP) across SaaS apps.
• Establish CIS/DISA hardening standards with automated validation.
• Design identity lifecycle automation with HR and downstream apps.
• Lead PAM governance: credential vaulting, JIT elevation, session monitoring.
• Lead identity telemetry integration into SIEM/SOAR/UEBA and IR playbooks.
• Collaborate on AI DevSecOps for identity controls in CI/CD pipelines.
