Job summary

PingPong Payments is seeking an Account Executive to optimize sales for its Mid-Market Commercial team. This remote or hybrid role targets North American growth with a focus on travel, ecommerce, and manufacturing sectors.

You will drive full-cycle sales, grow merchant relationships, and collaborate across Marketing, B2B, and risk/compliance teams. You’ll report to the US Sales Director and work from a global team, using HubSpot CRM to manage pipelines and forecast results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience in fintech or financial services.
• Ability to translate technical products to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in market segmentation and go-to-market strategy discussions.
• Grow sales through full-cycle ownership and merchant relationships.
• Provide feedback to product teams and improve internal processes.
• Develop new business via cold prospecting and partnerships.
• Represent PingPong at industry events and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and finance to execute contracts.
• Drive onboarding of new merchants with engineers' support.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly quota for qualified opportunities.
