Qualifications

• Proven track record in meeting/revenue targets in B2B sales.
• Experience in fintech/payments, SaaS, or related tech.
• Fluency with CRM pipelines and data-driven lead management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling payment solutions or enterprise software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and grow a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct product demos and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customer success and technical teams to onboard and support clients.
• Track sales activities in the CRM and analyze performance metrics; provide feedback to product/marketing teams.
