Job summary

Finix is hiring a Remote Account Executive III/IV to own the full sales cycle for our payment products, engaging merchants of all sizes. You will lead discovery to close, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to tailor customer strategies and drive revenue.

You will refine ICPs, contribute to sales playbooks, and collaborate with Implementation, Product and Payment Ops to ensure long-term customer success. This role offers a base salary with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a consultative SaaS or payments selling environment.
• 1+ years in fintech/payments, ideally selling to merchants.
• Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from hunting to close for direct merchants.
• Develop relationships with executives across finance, operations, and technology.
• Share prospect feedback with cross-functional teams and refine ICP.
• Contribute to sales process playbooks and cross-functional projects.
• Partner with teams to drive product strategy and operations.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product and Payment Ops to ensure long-term success.
