Job summary

Finix is seeking an Account Executive III/IV to own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for direct merchants. You will engage with executives across finance, operations, and technology, shaping customer strategy and feedback for product and process improvements.

Remote role with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced fintech environment. Strong SaaS/payments experience and proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Google Suite are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a consultative SaaS or payments selling environment.
• 1+ years of experience in fintech or payments, ideally selling to merchants.
• Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, and other sales tools.
• A strong desire and ability to grow within Finix.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from hunting/discovery to close for direct merchants.
• Develop relationships with executives and functional stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
• Share prospect feedback with cross-functional teams, refine our Ideal Customer Profile, and act on insights from your knowledge of merchant needs.
• Contribute to team projects focused on developing and refining our sales process and playbooks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to help drive product strategy and operations.
• Work closely with our Implementation, Product, and Payment Ops teams to ensure long-term customer success.
