Job summary

PayTrace by North is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in a fully remote role across the United States. The role requires direct experience in payment processing, merchant services, or FinTech sales, with a track record of closing deals and building partnerships.

You will conduct extensive cold outreach (about 60 calls daily), analyze merchant statements, and leverage CRM tools to manage a growing pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside merchant account sales experience.
• Experience with high-volume cold calling (60+ calls per day) is preferred.
• Experience with credit card statement analysis and Level 2/3 interchange requalification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques.
• Engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling to hunt for decision-makers and drive pipeline growth.
• Perform merchant statement analysis and apply Level 2/3 interchange requalification strategies.
• Drive momentum with focus on speed to lead, application, and activation.
• Collect underwriting documents to move deals through approval.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline using Zoho CRM and HubSpot.
