Branch is a remote-first fintech company hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for its Marketplaces sales team in the United States. You will own a named book of enterprise and upper‑mid‑market clients, driving full sales cycles from prospecting to closing and collaborating with partners to grow revenue.

You will partner with Product, Finance, and Engineering to tailor solutions and demonstrate ROI. This role offers a remote US position and a base salary in the $135k-$150k range plus

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably platforms/payments/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a named book of enterprise and upper-mid‑market labor and seller marketplace clients to build strategic relationships at C‑suite, VP, and director levels.
• Lead full sales cycles—from inbound and outbound prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
• Partner with embedded payments platform partner's sales organization to jointly identify, pursue, and manage shared accounts, driving co-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to win new business and expand with existing clients.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Finance, and Engineering to design and deliver custom solutions as part of a technical selling process.
• Hit or exceed revenue targets, sales quotas, and other KPIs.
