Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of proven sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying new sales leads.
• Present, demonstrate, and pitch products/services to prospective buyers.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare custom proposals, quotes, and pricing terms, and negotiate agreements to close deals.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records in the CRM system.
• Track industry trends and feedback to refine sales strategies.
