Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to persuade clients and build trust with job seekers.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and fast-paced goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new corporate clients and pitch staffing solutions.
• Negotiate service contracts and manage a sales pipeline.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using ATS and job boards.
• Match candidates to hiring managers' needs and company culture.
• Coach candidates for interviews and support offers and onboarding.
