Job summary

ABB is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (HVACR) to expand market share in the US. You will manage tier-1 channel partners and commercial OEM accounts, driving ABB’s HVAC Drives portfolio while reporting to the VP, HVACR Channel Sales.

The role is remote in the United States with 30–50% domestic travel and requires strong HVACR sales experience. Ideal candidates hold a degree in engineering or business and have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Power BI, plus a valid US driver's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing/Sales or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience within a complex business environment selling products or solutions.
• Extensive sales and VFD / HVACR application background.
• Account management history of OEM, End User and Commercial Channel Partners in the HVACR industry.
• Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software tool like SalesForce and PowerBI.
• This role involves 30-50% travel domestically in the United States and requires a Valid US Driver's License.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value propositions to customers.
• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
