Job summary

TCL is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional revenue for HVAC across the United States, reporting to the Director of Business Development. You will manage distributor and rep channels, align with national goals, and grow TCL’s footprint in residential and commercial HVAC markets.

The role requires deep HVAC channel experience, strong leadership, and the ability to balance field execution with regional strategy in a fast-growing organization. Remote work and travel will be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8-10 years HVAC sales, with 5+ years regional/leadership experience.
• Experience selling through wholesale distribution and manufacturer reps.
• Strong HVAC market knowledge and go-to-market experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales plans aligned with national strategies.
• Own regional sales targets and budgets; monitor and adjust as needed.
• Lead manufacturer’s representative agencies within the region.
• Build relationships with HVAC distributors, dealers, contractors and regional partners.
• Identify new business opportunities across residential and commercial segments.
• Provide product training and sales enablement to teams.
• Travel up to 40% seasonally.
