Job summary

ABB is seeking a driven business development professional to expand ABB’s presence in the Greek market. You will develop and strengthen the wholesale and partner sales network, focusing on regions with limited coverage, and you will identify new partners to grow ABB HVAC solutions in large-scale projects.

You will work closely with wholesalers, engineers, and design firms, promoting ABB’s advanced HVAC technologies and delivering tailored proposals.

Qualifications

Experience in HVAC sales or technically complex projects
Solutions consultant for design firms and clients
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Greek and English
Willingness to travel across Greece to build partnerships

Responsibilities

Develop, expand, and activate the wholesale and partner sales network with focus on underrepresented regions
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, consulting engineers, and design firms
Promote ABB HVAC technologies through the wholesale channel in large-scale, high-specification projects
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to strengthen market coverage
Prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals with partners and customers
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure consistent messaging and best-in-class support
