Job summary

Accurex, a division of Greenheck Group, is seeking an Account Manager to own and expand a sales territory. You will manage key customer relationships and drive new business for commercial kitchen ventilation systems across engineers, contractors, distributors, and purchasing teams.

You will influence sales growth by delivering HVAC and mechanical solutions, with remote flexibility, base salary plus commission, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience required in direct sales, outside sales, mechanical engineering, HVAC, or other related experience.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering, sales, or related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
• CRM, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow customer relationships across contractors, engineers, distributors, and end users
• Drive territory sales growth through proactive business development and account management
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored HVAC and mechanical system solutions
• Develop quotes, pricing, and product selections using CAPS software
• Partner with engineering, inside sales, and manufacturing teams to support customer projects
• Expand existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Represent Accurex at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
• Travel throughout Northern Illinois to support customers and strengthen partnerships
