Job summary

Acme Refrigeration is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive sales across an assigned HVAC contractor network. You will manage dealer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver value through deep product knowledge and proactive customer service.

Responsibilities include meeting a high volume of clients weekly, developing market strategies, and collaborating with vendor partners to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven work history in sales and marketing with HVAC/distribution experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment to contractors and drive territory growth.
• Develop dealer relationships and market strategies in assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings (minimum 20 per week) and follow up on opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and value-driven solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to identify opportunities and participate in dealer meetings.
