Danfoss Drives is seeking a Channel Sales Manager for HVAC to drive growth across assigned territory, building relationships with engineers, distributors, and end users. You will promote Danfoss Drives solutions for pumps, fans, coils, and building automation while influencing specifications and delivering value-driven HVAC offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical sales within HVAC or building automation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and applications (pumps, fans, chillers, AHUs, building energy management).
• Ability to influence project specifications and develop strategic customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM, opportunity management, forecasting, and account planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through strategic account development in the HVAC distribution market.
• Build relationships with consultants, distributors, OEMs, and end users to position Danfoss as a trusted advisor.
• Promote and specify Danfoss Drives solutions for HVAC applications.
• Influence project decisions by demonstrating energy-saving benefits of Danfoss technologies.
• Develop territory plans, manage opportunities, and support customer training to drive adoption of energy-efficient solutions.
