Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support daily OCC/O&M workflows and develop HV training materials. This fully remote role will work with the OCC, field technicians, and clients to ensure effective high-voltage operations and safety compliance.

You will create and maintain HV training content, support power system analyses, and assist in test plan creation, enabling timely diagnostics and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and enforce safe practices across teams.
• Provide HV technical training material in collaboration with supervisors.
• Support OCC with Power Systems Analysis and operational guidance.
• Assist with HV test plans, reports, and on-call support.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M activities.
• Provide SME advice to clients and present RCA findings.
