SOLV Energy is seeking a Director of Project Development and Strategy to lead all preconstruction activities for the High Voltage Infrastructure unit. You will drive estimates, proposals, and handoffs to execution, partnering with BD, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to convert opportunities into constructible projects.

30+ POS within HV portfolio to standardize processes, manage risk, and improve win rates. Remote role with interview-based location considerations.

Formación

• 10+ years in preconstruction or estimating in HV transmission/substation construction.
• 3+ years in a preconstruction leadership role.
• Experience leading pricing efforts for HV/substation EPC or self-perform projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HV preconstruction and estimating for bids, budgets and proposals.
• Standardize preconstruction processes across HV portfolio and integrate new capabilities.
• Present cost estimates and risk to executive leadership and ownership.
