Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead HV project preconstruction from concept through handoff.

You will oversee planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, constructability reviews, and procurement strategy while coordinating with clients and internal teams. This fully remote role supports nationwide utility-scale projects, including substations, transmission lines, solar, wind, and BESS, with a focus on risk management, schedule integrity, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years in electrical construction or high-voltage projects.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects over $10M.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities for HV infrastructure from concept to handoff.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams.
• Identify long-lead items and monitor critical path.
• Manage client relationships and project pursuits.
