SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects from concept through construction handoff.

This fully remote role requires coordinating with clients, utilities, and internal teams to develop budgets, schedules, and strategy. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HV construction, strong estimating skills, and experience with substations, transmission lines, and utility-scale renewables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading preconstruction activities.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Familiarity with high-voltage substations, transmission and distribution systems, and EPC/design-build.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage electrical projects ranging from 12kV through 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies that align with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from project inception through construction turnover.
• Serve as primary preconstruction point of contact for clients, utilities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
