SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical projects nationwide.

You will guide planning, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and procurement strategy to ensure seamless handoff from concept through construction. The role focuses on coordinating with clients, utilities, and internal teams to align project objectives, evaluate risks, and develop execution plans for substations, transmission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering field preferred.
• 7+ years experience in electrical construction, HV projects, estimating, or PM.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop execution strategies aligning with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception through turnover.
• Support procurement strategy and risk assessment for bids.
• Manage vendor relationships and align estimates with schedules.
