Job summary

NEOGOV, a remote-friendly software leader serving public sector, seeks a Payroll Implementation Consultant to support and coach customers deploying NEOGOV HRIS and Payroll modules. This role works with a skilled team to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure best practices across payroll processes in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HRIS Payroll Software Implementation.
• 3+ years supporting payroll processes including configuration, processing, taxes, and year‑end reporting.
• Proficient knowledge in payroll concepts and state/federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute NEOGOV’s Implementation & Configuration practices.
• Gather business requirements and design best‑practice processes.
• Configure NEOGOV solutions and build prototype systems with testing and guidance.
• Maintain project plans and status reports; monitor risks.
• Provide coaching for implementations and support; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 10% for training and events.
