NEOGOV in the United States is seeking a Time & Attendance Implementation Consultant for a remote role. You will support multiple HRIS customers implementing our Time & Attendance software, working with a team of consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Time & Attendance experience, a BA/BS, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 10%. NEOGOV offers comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, remote opportunities, and 401K

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience supporting Time & Attendance in a consulting or internal role.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Proficient understanding of Time & Attendance concepts and processes.
• Previous consulting/implementation experience in a technical/HR space; public sector knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Learn and execute NEOGOV’s Implementation & Configuration practices.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) of NEOGOV Time & Attendance.
• Configure NEOGOV solutions, build prototype systems, test, and provide best-practices guidance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet cross-functional needs and communicate requirements clearly.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements in NEOGOV HRIS suite (HR, Payroll, Time/Attendance).
• Participate in annual training, company conferences, and travel up to 10%.
