Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking an experienced HRIS Payroll Implementation specialist for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will learn NEOGOV’s implementation practices and become the SME for NEOGOV Payroll, configuring solutions, building prototypes, and guiding customers to best practices.

You will gather requirements, coordinate with Sales, QA, and Product Management, and support continuous improvement for HRIS—Payroll, Time/Attendance, and related processes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HRIS Payroll software, with strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design configurations, and guide customers to best practices.
• Excellent client communication, training, and post-implementation support skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute NEOGOV’s Implementation & Configuration practices.
• Become an SME of NEOGOV Payroll module and configure solutions accordingly.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to gather requirements and drive consensus.
