Remote is seeking a Global Payroll Solutions Consultant to propel go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of our Global Payroll offering. You’ll partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver strategic guidance and tailored demonstrations across international clients.

You will apply deep payroll knowledge, strong communication, and technical aptitude to shape engagements while collaborating in a remote, async environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of payroll service models across multi-country and multi-state contexts.
• Experience consulting on global payroll processes and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Strong sales acumen with SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Excellent storytelling and communication for HR and executive audiences.
• Ability to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions quickly.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration in distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel; 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Certifications like FPC/CPP or HR/payroll credentials add value.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute go-to-market strategies with Payroll Sales to drive adoption.
• Act as subject matter expert on Global Payroll and stay current on product/industry trends.
• Demonstrate and present Remote's Global Payroll value to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop sales collateral and solution playbooks for Global Payroll buyers.
• Translate client needs into actionable scope of work for Implementation.
• Educate internal teams on technical components and value proposition.
• Provide market feedback to Product to align with customer needs.
