We seek a hands-on payroll and HRIS expert to own payroll operations and HRIS implementations for clients. You will work with platforms like HiBob, Dayforce, Rippling, UKG, Paylocity, Workday, and ADP, ensuring configurations, integrations, and compliance across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running payroll and HRIS/HCM systems.
• HR Generalist or HRBP background with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Hands-on administrator experience with a core HRIS and Payroll platform (e.g., HiBob, Dayforce, and/or Rippling, etc.) required.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance, tax, and wage/hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing, accuracy, and compliance across all applicable states.
• Administer and maintain the core HRIS platform, including workflows and data integrity.
• Manage system integrations across HRIS, performance, payroll, benefits, and other downstream tools.
• Lead configurations for clients implementing payroll and HCM systems, including change management and upgrades.
• Own HR data integrity, reporting, and audit readiness across systems, delivering dashboards and reports.
