You will work with leading platforms like HiBob, Dayforce, Rippling, UKG, Paylocity, Workday, and ADP, ensuring configurations, integrations, and compliance while delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll and HRIS/HCM systems experience.
• HR generalist or HRBP background across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience consulting or working with clients in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing, accuracy and compliance across states.
• Administer and maintain core HRIS platforms and data integrity.
• Lead HRIS/Payroll implementations and system optimizations for clients.
• Develop automated workflows to reduce manual HR admin.
• Provide dashboards and reporting for workforce planning and OKRs.
