Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing or integrating Workday HCM.
• Experience in a global payroll or HRIS context.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end payroll implementations with Workday as source of truth.
• Data mapping and validation between Workday and external payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday payroll integrations for large and complex customers.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional contact for customers implementing Remote’s Global Payroll with Workday.
• Analyse customers’ Workday environments to understand data structures and dependencies for integration.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and validation between Workday and Remote’s payroll platform.
• Coordinate with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams to align HCM-to-Payroll data flows.
