Job summary

livingHR, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS/HCM leader to own and optimize HR systems across diverse clients.

You will drive implementations for platforms like HiBob, Dayforce, Rippling, and Lattice, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and scalable processes. Responsibilities include configuring HRIS and performance tools, building automated workflows, and partnering with People teams to translate requirements into system designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and implementing HRIS/HCM systems.
• HR Generalist or HRBP background with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate HR across industries and company sizes; lead HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Configure and optimize HR platforms (HiBob, Dayforce, Rippling; ensure data integrity).
• Build automated workflows and partner with People team leaders to translate needs into system design.
