livingHR, Inc. is a remote-first professional services work agency. We seek an experienced HRIS/HCM specialist to own HRIS systems, lead implementations, and optimize our HR tech stack for clients across industries.

You will manage platforms such as HiBob, Dayforce, Rippling, and Lattice, build automated workflows, ensure data integrity, and partner with the People team to translate needs into system design. This role emphasizes governance, growth, and compliance in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and implementing HRIS/HCM systems.
• HR Generalist or HRBP background with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Hands-on administration of core HRIS platforms (HiBob, Dayforce, Rippling).
• Hands-on administration of a performance/engagement platform (Lattice).
• HRIS/HCM platform certifications are strongly preferred.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to troubleshoot integrations independently.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
• Comfort operating in a lean, fast-scaling environment with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain core HRIS/HCM platforms for clients across industries and sizes.
• Lead configurations for new HCM implementations including change management and module rollouts.
• Build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual HR admin.
• Partner with People team leaders to translate process needs into system design.
• Own HR data integrity, reporting, and audit readiness across systems.
• Deliver dashboards and reporting to support workforce planning and OKRs.
• Advise on federal, state, and local employment law compliance.
• Optimize HR processes, policies, and systems for efficiency and compliance.
