Jobgether is seeking an HRIS Manager based in the United States to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem. You will oversee UKG Pro and related platforms, manage integrations, and drive data governance and workforce reporting in collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders.

You will build and mentor a high-performing HRIS team, manage vendor relationships, and lead successful system implementations and enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in HRIS/HR tech, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on UKG Pro administration, including config, security, workflows, testing and integrations.
• Experience with applicant tracking, recruiting, or talent management platforms; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead HRIS team, set priorities, and develop staff.
• Define and execute the HR technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee UKG Pro configurations, security, integrations, and upgrades.
• Manage system integrations, data governance, and data quality controls.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive system implementations and continuous improvements across HR tech stack.
