CHEP seeks a Senior Manager to lead the global UKG Pro Workforce Management platform, owning strategy, governance, and delivery across regions. You will guide a distributed team of managers, analysts, and specialists, aligning HR technology with business priorities and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions.

You will drive major releases, testing strategies, and vendor management while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and regional stakeholders to balance global standards with local needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent experience.
• Desirable HRIS/HR technology certifications.
• 7–10 years in HR technology/platform management roles with leadership.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management / Time and Attendance in a multinational setting.
• Experience owning platform operations, governance, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own global UKG Pro WFM platform strategy, governance, roadmap, and service delivery.
• Provide leadership for a dispersed team of managers and analysts; set priorities and ensure delivery.
• Lead end-to-end releases, upgrades, testing, and change readiness across regions.
• Oversee vendor and partner performance, SLAs, and product direction.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to incidents and data issues; drive root-cause analysis.
