Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem. You will oversee HR systems, data governance, reporting, integrations, and technology initiatives supporting payroll, onboarding, benefits, and workforce decision-making.

You will act as the operational owner and escalation point for UKG Pro and other HR platforms, build a high-performing team, ensure security and compliance, and partner with HR, IT, and finance to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Experience leading employees and projects in HR tech.
• Advanced UKG Pro configuration, security, workflows, testing and reporting.
• Experience with applicant tracking or recruiting platforms (iCIMS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, and data-quality controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HR tech solutions.
• Excellent project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy, priorities, and service standards.
• Define and execute HR technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee HR tech administration, upgrades, and integrations.
