Job summary

CHEP seeks a Senior Manager Global HRIS Platform Delivery to lead UKG Pro WFM governance, roadmap, and service delivery across regions. You will own the platform strategy, manage a distributed delivery team, and partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to translate priorities into scalable solutions.

This remote role requires 7–10 years in HR technology, strong leadership, and a proven ability to balance global standards with regional needs while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliant

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HR technology, HRIS, or related platforms with leadership responsibility.
• Advanced experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management/Time and Attendance in multinational environments.
• Experience owning platform operations, governance, roadmaps, releases, and testing.
• Experience partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders and managing vendors.
• Experience leading large-scale implementations and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead managers, analysts, and cross-functional delivery teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the global UKG Pro Workforce Management platform strategy, governance, roadmap, and service delivery priorities.
• Provide global functional and technical leadership for UKG Pro WFM and related downstream systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of managers, analysts, and platform specialists.
• Establish and maintain global platform standards, design principles, and documentation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand and translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Lead governance and end-to-end delivery for releases, upgrades, patches, and projects.
• Provide leadership for complex incidents, escalations, and data security concerns.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, and delivery commitments.
