CHEP UK Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager, Global HR Systems to lead UKG Pro Workforce Management across regions. You will own strategy, governance, and the roadmap, while guiding a globally distributed team to deliver reliable HR platform services.

Responsibilities include managing releases, integrations, and data integrity, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors, and driving continuous improvement in the platform across geographies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR technology experience.
• Demonstrated UKG Pro WFM expertise in a multinational environment.
• Experience leading global platform operations, governance, and releases.

Responsabilités

• Own the global UKG Pro Workforce Management platform strategy, governance, roadmap, and service delivery priorities.
• Provide global functional and technical leadership for UKG Pro WFM and related downstream systems.
• Lead geographically dispersed teams; set priorities and ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Establish global platform standards, controls, and decision frameworks with regional considerations.
• Oversee governance and end-to-end delivery for releases, upgrades, and complex enhancements.
