Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, administration, governance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem. This hands-on leadership role owns UKG Pro and related HR platforms, driving secure, scalable solutions and governance across HR data, reporting, and integrations.

You will mentor the HRIS team, manage vendor relationships, and partner with HR and Finance to align technology initiatives with business priorities. Travel 10–25% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS, HR tech experience.
• 2+ years leading employees, projects or HR tech workstreams.
• Advanced experience administering UKG Pro, incl. security/workflows.
• Experience with HR platforms like iCIMS for recruiting.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Oversee HR tech administration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage HR data governance, security, and privacy controls.
• Oversee HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Partner with HR/IT to align tech with business goals.
