Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, administration, governance, and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem. You will oversee HR systems, data governance, reporting, integrations, and initiatives that support operations and workforce decision-making.

This is a hands-on leadership role for UKG Pro and other HR platforms. You will develop a high-performing team, ensure security and compliance, and partner with HR and business leaders to drive system improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS/HR tech experience.
• 2+ years leading teams or large projects.
• Advanced experience with UKG Pro configuration, security, workflows, reporting and integrations.
• Experience with applicant tracking or recruiting platforms, preferably iCIMS.
• Experience with API integrations and data flows.
• Strong data governance, security and privacy controls.
• Strong project and vendor management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the HRIS team, setting priorities and performance expectations.
• Define and execute the HR technology roadmap to support objectives and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to improve processes and user experience.
• Balance strategic initiatives with daily operational support and compliance requirements.
• Oversee administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR tech platforms.
• Serve as the owner for UKG Pro and other HR tech platforms.
• Manage access, production support, and critical system processes affecting payroll and HR operations.
• Direct vendor relationships to meet business requirements and performance expectations.
• Oversee HR data governance standards, security controls, and privacy protocols.
• Lead integrations, reporting, analytics, and data integrity initiatives.
