Job summary

Inclusively, partnering with an insurance technology company, seeks a Manager, HRIS & People Technology to lead the HR technology strategy, roadmap, and team. You will own UKG Pro, WFM, data infrastructure, and integrations to enable a scalable, data-driven HR function across the organization.

You will collaborate with People Operations, Compensation, Recruiting, IT, Finance, and Data to ensure reliability, security, and scale of the HR technology ecosystem for growth and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Significant UKG Pro experience, ideally including WFM.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture and system design.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR technology roadmap, including UKG Pro, WFM, Benefits Administration, and related systems.
• Lead HRIS administration, configuration, security, and governance.
• Oversee HR system integrations and data flows across the People technology ecosystem.
• Partner with IT and Data teams to improve reliability, scalability, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead HR technology work associated with major initiatives, acquisitions, and system implementations.
• Establish strong operational processes, documentation, and governance.
• Develop and lead a small team of HRIS professionals and external partners.
