Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior HRIS Business Analyst to lead HR technology strategy, optimize HR systems, and drive enterprise HR projects. You will partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance employee experience, with a focus on UKG Pro administration and secure data governance.

The role emphasizes project leadership, analytics development with Power BI/Tableau, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-capable environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years supporting HRIS/HCM systems.
• 3+ years leading teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HR tech roadmap and oversee HRIS/HCM system administration (UKG Pro).
• Ensure system integrations and data integrity across HR tech stack.
• Lead HR technology projects including upgrades and enhancements and develop HR reporting/analytics capabilities.
