Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead our HR technology strategy and operations in the United States. You will oversee UKG Pro, data governance, reporting, and integrations, guiding a high-performing team to secure scalable, compliant HR systems.

You will partner with HR, IT, and finance to optimize processes, drive change management, and deliver workforce insights that support business decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role with global visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, IT, or business.
• 5+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience.
• 2+ years leading employees or projects.
• Advanced UKG Pro administration experience.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP integrations.
• Strong data governance and security knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements and manage production implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIS team, set priorities and performance expectations.
• Define and execute the HR tech roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Oversee administration, configuration, and upgrades of HR systems.
• Ensure data governance, security controls, and audit readiness.
• Manage integrations and data exchanges, monitor critical processes.
• Partner with HR, IT, and finance to drive system improvements.
• Lead change management and training for HR technologies.
