Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of the HR technology ecosystem, with a focus on UKG Pro and integrations. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to translate operational needs into scalable tech solutions and drive data governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HRIS or HR tech.
• 2+ years leading teams or projects.
• Advanced hands-on UKG Pro admin experience.
• Experience with HRIS integrations and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS team by setting priorities, standards, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Define and execute the HR technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Partner with HR and leaders to enhance HR processes and system usability.
• Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day system administration and resource planning.
• Oversee UKG Pro configuration, security, workflows, testing, reporting, and integrations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for UKG Pro and related HR systems for payroll and processing issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery to meet requirements and performance standards.
• Establish and maintain HR data governance, privacy, security controls, and access management.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and workforce insights for decision-making.
• Maintain data accuracy through monitoring, reconciliations, audits, and controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead testing, training, change management for HR technology implementations.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, workload planning, and development within the HRIS team.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture of service quality and continuous improvement.
