ENFRA is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of the HR technology stack, including UKG Pro. You will manage integrations, data governance, security controls, and reporting to support workforce decisions.

Based in Idaho, you will supervise the HRIS team, coordinate with HR, IT, and Compliance, and drive system improvements and change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, business administration, data analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progress HRIS/HR technology experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in HR technology workstreams.
• Advanced experience with UKG Pro configuration, security, workflows, testing, reporting and integrations.
• Experience with applicant tracking or talent platforms such as iCIMS.
• Strong project-management and vendor-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead HRIS strategy, governance, and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem.
• Oversee HR systems administration, integrations, and data exchanges.
• Own data governance, security controls, privacy practices, and access management.
• Deliver HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance against requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance to align solutions with needs.
