Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a company-wide HRIS implementation, with a preference for candidates who have managed HR technology deployments. The role requires coordinating HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to drive milestones and go-live readiness.

The position focuses on day-to-day project execution, risk management, testing oversight, and clear communication with leadership. Remote collaboration across multiple teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/HCM implementations and coordinating HR technology projects.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT testing for system implementations.
• Strong ability to manage RAID logs, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the HRIS implementation, including plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support Rippling rollout, collaborating with HR, IT, leaders, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to keep activities on schedule.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, scripting, execution, issue tracking, and sign-off.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements, configurations, integrations, and processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
• Maintain RAID logs, action-item trackers, and project documentation with status updates.
• Provide regular leadership updates on milestones, risks, and decisions.
