Job summary

Eliassen Group is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a company-wide HRIS implementation. The role emphasizes coordinating HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders, with a focus on successful Rippling deployment and milestone attainment.

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day activities, lead UAT, and maintain project documentation while communicating progress to executives. Strong HR knowledge and multi-workstream coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• PM with HRIS/HCM implementations preferred.
• Experience coordinating UAT testing for system implementations.
• Experience with project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong HR technology understanding and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of an HRIS implementation with plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support Rippling implementation by coordinating HR, IT, business leaders, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and keep activities on schedule.
• Lead and coordinate UAT, including test planning, scripts, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements, workflows, integrations, and business processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
• Maintain RAID logs, action-item trackers, docs, and status reports.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, testing sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track decisions and action items and follow up to completion.
• Work with HR and business teams to ensure HRIS supports requirements and processes.
• Coordinate across data, integrations, testing, configuration, processes, and change readiness.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and organized.
