Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, HRBP to partner with senior leaders across North America and Canada, shaping organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development in a remote-first, global team.

You will manage complex employee relations, support performance management, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the entire team and contractor lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting CS & Onboarding organizations.
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across cultures and time zones.
• Strong data manipulation skills in Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for Customer Success & Onboarding.
• Partner with leaders across multiple levels to align People strategies with business needs.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Manage complex team member relations with confidentiality.
• Support development conversations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives.
• Assist with documentation for legal matters, investigations, or claims.
• Guide managers on compliance requirements and policy updates across regions.
• Maintain accurate confidential Workday data and support lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
• Support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting.
