Job summary

Cloudbeds seeks a Manager, HRBP to partner with senior leaders across North America and Canada in shaping People strategy and organizational effectiveness. You will lead HR initiatives for Customer Success & Onboarding, collaborate with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Finance, and drive data-driven workforce planning in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

This role requires strong analytical skills, independence across time zones, confidentiality, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–4+ years in HRBP, HR Manager or senior HR Generalist.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting CS & Onboarding teams.
• Proven ability to coach leaders across regions.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication across time zones.
• Strong Excel data manipulation skills.
• Experience in fast-growth remote-first environments.
• Workday experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with Customer Success & Onboarding leadership.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and change initiatives.
• Manage team member relations, development conversations, performance and conflicts.
• Ensure regional employment compliance with Legal, Finance and People Ops.
