Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, HRBP to be a strategic partner to senior leaders across North America and Canada. You’ll support the Customer Success & Onboarding unit, shape organizational effectiveness, and drive culture while overseeing confidential data and regional compliance.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, Workday, Payroll, and senior leaders at all levels, influencing across time zones in a remote-first environment. Strong analytical skills and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
• Certification in HR (PHR) or SHRM-CP is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with Customer Success & Onboarding leadership and regional stakeholders.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership coaching.
• Manage complex employee relations with confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Support global People initiatives and ensure cross‑region consistency.
